Mobile Notarization is a process where the notary comes to a location predetermined by the individual looking to get their document(s) notarized. Which allow for the individual to be able to have documents notarized at their convivence at a time and place that they choose.

How it All Works

Book Your Appoinment
To Book an appointment click any "Book Your Appointment" button on this page, It will send you to our booking system. Where you will answer some preset questions and what time and location you are wanting your appointment. Your other option is to give us a call or text 573-873-6849. Where we will ask you a few questions about your notarization needs and find a time that is most coinvent for you.
Then a Quote will be provided to you.
Quote will be as Follow:

$100 plus $1 per mile round trip from 65020 first 50 miles included in the $100.
-
$5 per signature including any witnesses
Payment will be due upon completion of notarization using any of the below forms of payment.

At your Appointment
Go to your desired location in which you booked for your appointment and wait for you notary to arrive. Have your documents and Form of Identification ready for a quicker signing.
(List of Approved Identification Below)
Please expect your notary to arrive about 15 minutes early before the scheduled appointment time.
They will verify your identification and have you sign their notary journal before completing the notarization process.
Then it's time to notarize your documents.
Approved forms of Identification
Please be aware that each signer/witness must provide valid unexpired photo ID in order to have document notarized.
